Refund Policy

All payments made to Dialing Masters are final and non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed to in writing by Dialing Masters.

Our services involve the allocation of staffing, campaign resources, data, technology, training, management, and operational capacity once a service period begins. For this reason, payments for purchased or commenced service periods are not refundable.

Clients are responsible for reviewing the applicable service, pricing, and terms before submitting payment.

Cancellation of a recurring service prevents future renewal where applicable but does not create a refund for payments already made or service periods already started.
